Spreading kindness

One of my favourite Instagram accounts  as well as blog is the utterly brilliant Hello, Wonderful, run by one Agnes Hsu, of the most amazing and creative Mama’s around, this blog will give you so many fun and clever ideas to craft, create and make. It is filled with so many great projects as well as a wonderful source of inspiration for food, DIY, birthday cards, presents and so much more. It really is a one stop inspiration of all things wonderful, hence the completely apt name!

Agnes and her daughter Alia have recently begun the Rainbow Rock project, which is all about painting rocks with a rainbow motif and then sending them out to the big wide world and spreading their message of kindness to others.

As it was a long weekend just gone, the boys and I found some time to paint our rainbow rocks. There is so much hatred in this crazy world we live in currently and by just doing this small bit, sharing kindness through this powerful symbol of the rainbow, we will bring kindness and love to others, one rock at a time.

Tomorrow is the first ever DoSomething Day, which is Australia’s biggest celebration of volunteering and random acts of kindness. So I think we will be spreading our rainbow rocks tomorrow and spreading as much kindness as possible!

Thank you so much for the lovely write up and shout-out to Rainbow Rock Project! The rocks are beautiful and adorable shot of your little boy holding them. Such a good initiative “Do Something Day” wish we had here! But everyday can be a Do Something Day I suppose 🙂 Thank you again!
